DHCP issues with jails after upgrading to TrueNAS 12.0-U4

I was running TrueNAS 12.0-U3.1 without any issues, but just did the upgrade to 12.0-U4 this morning. Now, none of my 3 jails have any network connectivity anymore?

In each case, they were configured to use DHCP with VNET and Berkeley Packet Filter options check-marked. They simply error out, saying they were unable to get an IP address and show 0.0.0.0/8.

I also have NextCloud running in an Ubuntu VM on this machine and it's still working just fine. It's only the iocage jails that seem to have an issue.

Has anyone else encountered this?

I hadn't but I just tried that, and no difference.

I think I just ran into the same issue wherein I could not successfully boot a fresh jail w/ dhcp+vnet+berkeleypf.

Just ran across this thread, and disabling hardware offloading DID work for me.
Jail booted first try.

Wondering what is different in twyrick's case.

Actually, I think my issue may have been completely unrelated, as said fresh jail still shuts itself down after a seemingly short random time (<1min).

Just to follow up on this thread? I'm still having no luck getting VNET to provide network connectivity to the iocage jails with TrueNAS 12-U4.

I'm able to get my jail running Plex to work when I configure it to use NAT vs a static IP or DHCP but that's not the ideal configuration. (Plex complains it's serving content via an "indirect connection" like that and it negatively impacts performance.)
