I installed TureNAS. Created a user with read/write allowance and created a Samba Share. Still I get permission deniend when I try to copy something to the NAS. Do I have something forgotten?

have you added the new user to the wheel group? If not add it to it and try again, that's what solved this issue for me

Wheel should not be required to access a share (unless for some reason user has run "chmod 770" on pool mountpoint via CLI). Often it is sufficient to add the group "builtin_users" to the ZFS dataset's ACL with MODIFY or FULL_CONTROL permissions set.

So I just need to create the group builtin_users and everything should work or is this group somehow created at start of the NAS

OK then it does not work for me.

I have activated the guest option in the SMB Options and still there is no permission.
