FreeNAS don`t boot after update from 11.2 to 11.3-U4.1 on vmware

after update freenas to 11.3-U4.1 on VM vmware FreeNAS dont start.
on screen shows GRUB. can do nothing.

FreeNAS does not use Grub (anymore). From which version did you upgrade?

Can you roll back the VM and try again? If not I'd recommend a reinstall. You did save your config, right?
If you can roll back a VMware snapshot, did you update to the last 11.2 version, first?
