I am currently using 3 x 3TB drives in a raidz1 pool and would like to add one more 3TB drive.
What is the easiest way to do that while retaining the most usable capacity from those 4 drives?
Will I have to back up all data, destroy the existing pool, and create a new one with 4 drives?
