How can I correct this error?
There isn't really any error to correct. This is looks to be mechanical. You could try removing it from the NAS and do a full wipe of the drive to see if the blocks re-allocate, but this is very likely just the start. The drive has over 32000 hours of run time. That is 3.7 years. It is between three and five years where most drives fail, if they survive the first six months. You should start planning to replace all your drives if they are around this age. A little over a year ago, I had to replace all my drives because they were over five years old and I was having a drive fail every month. The thing that finally made my mind up was when I had two go out on the same day.

Thanks Chris. I have 5 other drives in the pool. 4/5 are 1.5 years old so I should be good there. Another drive have 4.5 (!) years of run time.

Should I just preemptively replace it as well? There are no errors for that drive afaict.

One other question - if I do replace the second drive too, should I do the replacement/re-silvering one drive at a time? I have never had to replace a drive before.

Thanks!

I wouldn't say that, but you should be ready to do it. When my drives were all old, I was keeping two spares handy all the time.
