Hardware in the signature.

I have replaced both SATA Cables, SSDs, and flipped every setting in the BIOS I can think of and I keep getting this error after the system is working fine for about a week to a month. Everything works after the error I just can't log into the FreeNAS UI or load NetData. I can't think of anything else to resolve the issue. Every time this happens I have to perform a forced power down to recover.

I just replaced everything I could think of hardware wise yesterday. PSU power cable/port (modular PSU) and bought a 2 port SATA controller card. Now I am playing the waiting game and seeing if it breaks which could take upwards of a month.

Assuming you're using the IOCREST card in your signature for boot SSD still?

That's on a Marvell 88SE9215 which isn't quite as well supported as the Intel/LSI chips. I saw rumblings about needing to disable power savings and MSI interrupts on the ports in order to prevent link resets with SSDs that don't do the power state transitions in a manner the controller supports.

This was happening before and after I did the Meltdown and Spectre update for my board.

I just added that to hopefully resolve this issue. The issue happened when it was connected straight to my motherboards SATA3 ports. I already tried to flip all setting I could find in the BIOS relating to SATA ports including power savings. That is what I thought the issue was originally. I'm still playing the waiting game to see if the issue returns.

You just added the loader.conf tunables for the AHCI power savings and MSI?

I just added the IOCREST card. I have not read about any tunables concerning what you mentioned.

Edit: For anyone that finds this via search. The issue has not re-occurred as of 6/25.
