Dataset and share

Hello! I've been created dataset and i wanna set 770 wright , but any time it's reseted to 775.
For example,[URL=http://hostingkartinok.com/show-image.php?id=95646ce4979600b350a4e43c65c78304] [/URL] . What am i doing wrong? i need that only akulov and Domain admins will have access to this dataset and share
