When I go to the web address of the Freenas server the only thing on it is "system", "expand all", and "collapse all". Nothing else is on the page and nothing that is there is clickable. See the attached picture.

Browser issue perhaps?
Is this a new install, or a sudden occurance?
Have you tried more than one computer to access the IP address?
Give us some details man!

I am also seeing this on the screen

This was a long running system, not an install issue. I went to check the status and that is what I saw. I rebooted the server and the result was the same.

Quick guess, your boot drive (da0) is corrupted, replace boot drive.

+1

Thanks. I'll look into that. I hope I can find a saved config.
You haven't been backing-up your configs or don't have the drives mirrored? For shame man! :p

If you can ssh (putty) to the system... maybe (just maybe) you can copy the "freenas-v1.db" file from the OS Drive. Then install a clean version of FreeNas on a new/different USB/Drive and try to upload that config...

*** Disclaimer: I have not tried this myself and guarantee NOTHING; be sure you have a backup for your own safety...

You might be able to find a copy in your system dataset. See section 5.2 of the manual, in the "save config" section.
