Alright did some debugging and wrote down all the serial's to my HDD's. Figured out it was my fifth one. Funny enough the sata cable was unplugged. Unfortunately that didn't fix it. I tried another sata cable and that still didn't fix it. So maybe it's the HDD.
Any other tests I can run? I could try to put the HDD into my desktop but that's all i can think of.

From your bios screenshot, you do have 6 disks. Notice it just starts a 0 vs 1, so .. 0-5 = 6.:p

I know that. TBH I think it shows a disk if something is just plugged into the motherboard SATA port. The problem is 1 isn't showing up in FreeNAS.

It isn't even showing up on my windows machine so I think it's bad.

That sounds like a definite hardware problem or hardware that isn't setup properly.

Before you RMA anything...

Swap the drive that is not showing up (ada5) with the one on ada0.

Then boot.

Does it now show ada0 missing (and shows ada1 through ada5)

If then ada0 is missing, then there might be an issue with the drive.

Too late lol. The drive was making spinning noises as you can hear in my video above. I'm pretty sure it was defective.

Did you fix the problem? I'm using the same drive with the same problem. I have the same screen shot as you. The 6th device is the sandisk usb key loaded with the OS. Appreciate any info :D
