there is a way to bring up pool after i loose 4 disk. even to get partial data?

No, RAIDZn can lose up to n disks. Losing n + 1 is fatal.

How did you get to this point, and what is the state of the four lost disks? Any chance you can clone one of them using something like GNU ddrescue?

hi,
i was out of work for the last 7 mounts via sickness.
the disks is foulty and cant start out of the freenas box.

If you have no backup
and
the data are important
and
GNU ddrescue can't clone any of the 3 failed disks
then
you need to start contacting data recovery services to see if any of them can clone one of those disks. You need to make it clear to them that file recovery is not what you need (unless they are ZFS specialists and you ship them all the disks.) What you need is a bitwise clone of as much as possible of the raw contents of at least one of the failed disks.
