zpool and zil different ashift

I added zil write cache to my primary zpool. My primary zpool is made up on 2TB Red NAS drives. The zil is on a Samsung 830 SSD. I just noticed the ashift for the zil is 9 and the ashift for my zpool is 12.

Is this going to cause some sort of latency problem or other performance issues?
