ZFS fragmentation issues

I have noticed Veeam backups to my freenas servers has fragmented my pool. It's now at 23% fragmented but I'm only using 25% of my pool so performance hasn't really taken a hit yet. It is only a matter of time though as the fragmentation will continue to increase... Bummer.
