ZFS disks being constantly accessed (with small R/W operations) in a completely new install .How to stop it?

I've just made a fresh install of Truenas (and I am also new to it). I created a ZFS poll and all is mostly fine.

But there is this constant access to the disks at every few seconds to check something. This is a totally new install I didn't create any shares, installed any services in jails and nothing outside Truenas is contacting it. Yet, there's is nagging access to the disks (which nag me because of the noise it makes).

What is going on, and how to stop it?

Do a search along the lines of "disks do not sleep"

Hum, but I don't want it to sleep (i.e. spinning down). It's not the spinning that is the problem, it's that Truenas is reading/writing something small every few seconds without any services/sharing/jails running (other than the initial installation of Truenas)

This behavior is completely normal - TrueNAS updating the system dataset.
