Xeon 5600 Series Recommendation

Looking to get a reco on one or two Xeon 5600 for my FreeNas server. I have a SuperMicro X8DAH+ board that accepts 5500 and 5600 series Xeon CPUs. I want to make sure I have enough power to run an at home FreeNas server, and have extra oomph or expand ability to do some virtualization down the line.

Considering the price-points I'm considering a single 5675 or two 5630. Thoughts? Advice?

If you're planning to run ESXi or some othet hv with FN as a VM, I have seen mostly failures. If you're just going to run FreeNAS on bare metal and then run VirtualBox on it, have fun.
