Would this be considered a DST bug?

1:50am occurred twice last night due to stupid daylight savings moving the clocks around so I understand why I'm getting emailed about alerts for a snapshot dataset already existing (got 3 emails with them between 1 and 2am). Question I have is SHOULD I be getting emailed these errors? Technically it's sort of not an error. Also it cleared itself of the alert not long after. When I logged in this morning I don't see anything in the top right notification thing, so I'm assuming the system is aware of DST and figured it out. Should I report this as a bug or is this considered normal behavior and the government is the only thing with a bug? lol

Some time long ago in a galaxy far far away the fathers of Unix decided that cron (the service triggering all periodic jobs) should run in local time. So, no - annoying but not a bug and definitely not being changed.

Possibly that's why e.g. VMware ESXi runs in UTC only.
