Wierd snapshot interaction/setup

I setup snapshots for Volume1, but when I look at my snapshots they are marked as Volume1/jails/Jail_Bacula
snaps and none just Volume1 snaps

None of my snapshot definitions used snaps of my jails yet.

Ok. So they say volume1. But snapshot says they are my jails. Yes I have recursive on. So I assume those are snapshots of the jail i installed. Where are the others?

Have snapshots worked previously?

"jails" is a child dataset of "volume1"

I know it is, but where are the snapshots of the mail volume or the other jail I have

Were you able to figure this out? If not, which build version of FreeNAS (from System -> Information)?

No, it is on my list to get back to

I am running the latest 9.3.10, updated to 060716 version

I put a bug report in on this.

It turns out it is a GUI issue, from the CLI it looks correct.

What that does mean, until fix, you need to clone the snapshot to read from CLI, since you cannot select them in the GUI
