Which upgrade from 8.2.0

I am currently running

FreeNAS-8.2.0-RELEASE-p1-x64

Which upgrade would be the best option? GUI upgrade or legacy upgrade? I tried to do a gui upgrade through the admin and it didnt seem to do anything.
