Where is the ‘uploads’ directory of nextcloud's user

and i'm looking for the directory folder which the user of nextcloud upload some data ,
where the upload data exactly stored ? for example : excel files, ms word files or pdf files.

maybe i need to create rysnc task for that folder for backup.

You will find it in the FILES_PATH.

For backups, when I first ran the script, I made sure to have the nested datasets for paths, files, config and db under a nextcloud parent dataset. This then made it easy to run a periodic snapshot of the nextcloud tree and then replicate this to another server.
