Where are other Rclone Storage Interfaces? EX. OpenDrive, SIA etc...

I see there is a list of storage interfaces that are "presumbably" from Rclone:

Dropbox

Google Cloud Storage

Google Photos

Hubic
Mega
Microsoft Azure Blob Storage
Microsoft OneDrive
OpenStack Swift

SFTP
Storj iX

Yandex

But where are providers like SIA or OpenDrive as seen in the github repo > https://github.com/rclone/rclone/tree/156c372cd760460f419708c75506434c48decfc8/backend
