FreeNAS-9.10.2
48GB registered ECC RAM
Motherboard: supermicro X8DTU-F
2x 8 TB WD Red running in zfs mirror
IBM ServeRAID M1015 in IT mode
SuperMicro SuperServer 6026T-URF
First time setup. I'm running smartctl to test my disks. It says that the long test will take about 11 hours. How do I tell if smartctl is complete, vs active. ps -ef doesn't show anything, but when I look at the reporting tab in the GUI, it shows that my disks are very busy right now. is there a smartctl command I can run? anywhere I can see pending vs complete?
