How do I fix it?
Change the IP on one of the devices... If you use static address for some devices, make sure your DHCP server doesn't include those addresses in the possible leases. I use *.100-*.200 for DHCP and statically assigned <100. You can use whatever scheme you like, just make sure you can remember it.
