Web recommendation for Hard Drive Price comparison

There used to be a web site, but I can't remember what it was. It let you rank and graph drives based on factors like overall cost, price/GB, speed, interface type, class (NAS, Green, Enterprise, etc...)

What do you guys use to compare storage costs?

I'm trying to figure out the right balance of the capacity/performance/cost triangle.

Thx! I've seen the forre.st site before and found the sorting lacking. The pcpartpicker is pretty awesome! I think that will work.
