Web interface boot list not the same as cli list

When I try to update from 12.0 beta2 to 12.0 rc1 it reboots right back into 12.0 beta2. Same thing if i set 12.0 beta2 for Reboot.

If I go to the physical system I don't get a choice for 12.0-RC1

How can the two boot environment lists be different?
I am relatively new so simple explanations are best.
