I am using 9.1.1 (fresh install). I am getting the following message. Do I need to be concerned?

freenas manage.py: [common.pipesubr:57] Popen()ing: /usr/local/bin/warden list -v

I see those too. It appears to pop when you go to the Jails page on the web admin GUI.
I think all it does is simply list all of the jails you have configured in your system. So it's perfectly fine.

I don't go to Jail page as I don't use this feature.

Ah I see it now. It appears it does it as soon as you load the start page of the web admin.

Regardless, it's still nothing of concern. It merely tries to get a list of jails that you may have.
It's like the UNIX "ls" or DOS "dir" command for directory listing, but for jails.
It's perfectly harmless.
