Want to upgrade 10g network

Hi,
I am looking for cheap 10g lan card for upgrade my esxi host and workstation. In my country Intel 10g card are very expensive. I found this card in my budget.
LR-Link 10G LREC6860BT Single Port Server Adapter. If i buy two card, can i run peer to peer connection useing RJ45 patch cable?
Is this card support by Freenas 11.0 (motherboard B360M-DS3H)?

I dont know about those cards but I installed these in both my esx host and freenas and while I had to download and install the vib on vmware they have been working perfectly $18 dollars US. https://www.ebay.com/c/1863039215?iid=223666120333. They are pci 2.0, but the model with pci 3.0 should work as well on ebay they are only running a couple dollars more.
