VMXNET3 for AIO VMware Installations: Yay or Nay?

I've searched the forums and it doesn't seem that a consensus was ever reached. Which way is the wind blowing on this topic?

I use VMXNET3 on all of my AIO systems; seems to give better performance than the old E1000 driver.
