VM keeps stops responding

I'm trying to run a Windows VM on Truenas core and it keeps freezing at random times, if I'm connected via VNC it just freezes and if via RDP I just get disconnected. I have tried Windows 7, 8 and 10 all have the same problem.

I have tried different amounts of RAM and CPU cores but no change.
im using TrueNAS-13.0-U5.3
