Very slow network

Hi !

I have a problem with my network, it is very slow.
How i know ? I try to upload a file of 2Go on my nextcloud and i see that the transfert is of <6Mo/s

I dont understand why i'm limited like this....
I have buy a network cable of Cat6 for this NAS

Can you help me ?
