Users are not able to access FTP

Somehow all users are not able to access FTP which throws an error:

Disconnected from server
Could not retrieve directory listing
Error listing directory '/mnt/Backups/GROUP001'.


FTP service path is set to /mnt/Backups/GROUP001

Any clue what is going on?

It looks like it is related to connection as FTPS and passive mode. Is it possible to have FTPS and active mode?

What are you using as the FTP client? Is there a firewall between the client and the FreeNAS system? What is the hardware and build version of the FreeNAS system?
