Uploading 11.3-U3.2 config file in new 12 Beta install fails

Error: [EFAULT] The uploaded file is not valid: local variable "numsouth"
referenced before assignment

I searched the bug site and didn't find anything about "numsouth". Should I file a bug?

I am getting same problem with config file 11.3-U3.2 to 12 Beta

I recently upgraded to the 12.0 Beta. Today, my USB based boot drive died. I made a backup of the config a couple of days ago after upgrading. I created a new USB boot drive and went to restore my config, but got the following error:

Error: [EFAULT] The uploaded file is not valid: no such table: south_migrationhistory

I'm going to try rolling back to 11.3 and restoring, then upgrading back to the 12.0 Beta.

Reverting back to 11.3 yields the same error. Please help.

incidentally, I was able to reproduce the south_migrationhistory by downloading the config from the fresh install and re-uploading it.

This code in middlewared/plugins/config.py seems to be the culprit. The south_migrationhistory table was dropped in middlewared/alembic/versions/12.0/2019-09-20_14-24_drop_django_tables.py

seems this is fixed in the latest version of TrueNAS 12, guess we just need to wait for the next update!
