Unexpected Token then No Entries Found

Hello all,

I have a fresh install of 9.10-STABLE (FreeNAS-9.10-STABLE-201603252134 to be precise).

I have the network configured and can ping download.freenas.org from a FreeNAS shell.

The first time I go to Plugins I get the error: Unexpected Token '<'


However, when I leave Plugins then come back I get the message: No entry has been found


It's worth mentioning, I was using a previous version of FreeNAS with plugins for quite some time before I decided to upgrade by completing a fresh install.


Any and all help/advice is greatly appreciated.

I thought I saw a bug go by about the unexpected token thing but can't find it at bugs.freenas.org. If you also can't find one, please create a bug report there and post the issue number here.

I eventually found a bug for it and was marked resolved (though I can't seem to find it now). I guess it just hasn't made it release yet.

I found the cause is System>General>Protocol. When this is set to HTTPS the problem occurs.

The workaround for now seems to be setting this to HTTP or HTTP+HTTPS.
