I copied some files from a Windows 7 machine to the FreeNAS box (FreeNAS 8.0.2, RAIDZ1), and now many of them are undeletable: "access denied."
If I were on a Windows machine, I would simply copy to another drive the ones I wanted to keep, then reformat the drive with the undeletable stuff, but I can't do that with the NAS. So far ther are less than 300MB of these unwanted files, but suppose the number increases drastically; how can I get rid of them? For now I have renamed the directory, but is there a more permanent solution?
