Unable to upgrade from 11.1 STABLE to 11.2 STABLE via web update

I've tried it numerous times and I continue to get the same exception (see attached screenshot). Are there logs on the system that might give more info? I see log.debug() prints in the file that is being run (at least on the github page).

Does updating to 11.1-U6 first, then retrying the 11.2 update, resolve the error?

I had tried that also, exact same results. Looking at the code it is trying to delete a file (at least it seems that way).
