Unable to Update FreeNAS - Errno 13 Permission Denied

Hi, I've tried to update from GUI and Command Line. My knowledge is weak. The build I'm on is FreeNAS-9.10.1 (d989edd).
Can anyone please look at the following output and provide assistance or direction? Thanks in advance.

In the past, the update server has had certificate issues and has caused this same
type of behavior. At least the past error messages have contained similar output:
usr/local/share/certs/iX-CA.pem'

I would advise against updating the 9.10 Stable version through anything besides
the GUI. When updating the STABLE versions, the use of the CLI may cause bad
issues with your boot drive. It should not effect your data pool though, one of the
many advantages of FreeNAS ;)
