Unable to switch plugins on

Hello!

A while ago I had a FreeNAS 9.1.something system with several plugins up and running. This system got corrupted so I had to rebuild the system with version 9.2.1.5,

Now, I've set up the jail config in the same way as my old system. However, when I try to install a plugin, the plugin installs but I cannot switch it on in the GUI.

From the console footer I typically get something like:

Jun 21 01:25:39 freenas manage.py: [freeadmin.navtree:526] Couldn't retrieve http://10.0.0.17/plugins/btsync/1/_s/treemenu: timed out

You wil get no help here for plug ins, Im having a nightmare trying to get mine set up and get no answers other than other users stating they have similar problems.

Ive Tried many times now Ibeleive its a problem with Jails in 9.2.1.6 as I tried Transmission by it would switch on however when I added drectories to the Media Folder and linked those folders to transmission it would no longer turn on.
I also noticed when I changed the Jails to nogroup and nobody I got the Following:

however the Folders are Shown as being in nogroup and nobody.
