Unable to start Deluge App with OpenVPN OR Gluetun

Im trying to setup a Deluge application but it appears that tccr.io is having some sort of issue where I cant pull any images.

My server is not able to pull image from tccr.io.
It's even not able to ping tccr.io. Is the repository server down?

I follow the advise here to refresh TrueCharts and it's fixed.

Apps Broken after Upgrading to TrueNAS-SCALE-23.10.1

Hello, I upgraded to TrueNAS-SCALE-23.10.1 yesterday and a couple of apps did not start back up again. Some, that don't hold data and are simple web servers were simple to get back online. However, there are a few that require a bit more configuration that I can't get working...

Did you find out why? I can't ping tccr.io too.

TrueCharts have their own community, I believe the links are at the bottom of their page, https://truecharts.org/
As they are a separate organization you are more likely to get the answers from them through those resources.
