I have FreeNAS 8.2 release. I have CIFS up and running. Both my Windows machines access it without a problem. Also my mac that I had until a month ago. Now I have an Ubuntu 12.10 desktop set up. I don't know much about linux systems.
I'm trying to access a cifs share on NAS but I'm getting errors when trying to connect to it.
"Unable to mount location"
"Failed to mount Windows share"
I don't know where to go from here. I googled a bit but the questions there wasn't the same as mine. I doubt there is anything wrong with the share it self but maybe someone here can help me out. The username and password for my NAS user is the same as the user logged in in windows and ubuntu.
