New guy here. Trying to learn as much as I can. Of course I moved my plex from a win10 to my FreeNAS and I'm loving it. These VM's on the other hand are kicking my butt. I haven't been able to set any windows VM to run.

CPU 2 x L5640
RAM 32GB ECC
HD 4 x Seagate 3TB SAS in RAIDZ
