TrueNas Mini XL not getting 10 gbit/s, only 3

So I have spent hours searching the internet, and I can't find anything. Have 10 Gbit link direct connected between server and NAS and I'm only getting 3.xx Gbit/s. Hoping someone can help me figure out what may be wrong.
