Hello,
I am new to TrueNAS, and intend to give it a trial on one of my home servers.
My goal is to not only use the server as a local network storage, but to also set up a server/sharing to make one of my repertories available to the outside world. The simplest solution would to have a separate web-server in which I would mount a TrueNas sharepoint, but I see that it is also possible to set up a TruNAS 'jail' where everything therein would operate in its own environment.
Is it possible for the main TrueNAS OS to share a repertory or partition between them? As far as my goal is concerned, this would simplify things greatly.
Thank you, and take care to all,
ThePromenader.
