TrueNAS adding spare to legacy encrypted pool

I'm wondering I wanted to add a hot spare disk to my legacy encrypted pool. Is this at all possible? Does TrueNAS support creating geli encrypted disks? Suppose I want to replace a disk on a geli encrypted pool will I be able to do this?
