truenas 13 (stable) and intel x710 support

I've read quite a bit that there were stability issues with intel x710-based nics and truenas core, and i was wondering if that's still the case.
i'm looking at making the switch to 10Gb and since the x710's use far less power, i'd like to run with one, however reliability is paramount.

Any advice?

this is just with intels. i'm not against mellanox or chelsio, just wondering about the intels.
