Trouble Shooting

Hello, I have problems about network. The FreeNas 11.3 has been installed in my old desktop. All of the install processing are right and final reboot are good. After installed I try to typing the IP address which was shown on reboot page ( The web user interface is at:) on another desktop and it still could not be reach.

I checked my route there is that web user interface IP address in route.

I have no idea for what is going on.

Any advice & idea

First question are both devices on the same subnet?
If not do both have a default gateway/route?
If not then you can add NAT on your router to the side that does not. Or change the IP to match subnets.

Also give the forum rules a glance and see what hardware spec is good to post since there can be many other explanations for a fault as well.
