I have been running 9.2.1.7 for a while. I installed a brand new version of 9.3 on two Transcend 16GB thumb drives mounted in a Supermicro SYS-6027R-TRF Bios rev 1.0 with 32GB RAM.

All seemed to go OK. I tried to load the configuration from the earlier version but it failed, so I had to enter all the settings by hand. It was easier than I had thought.

Then I attempted to update to FreeNAS-9.3-STABLE-201412200530. I let it reboot and waited for a long time. When I went into the computer room, the console had stopped and displayed something I'd never seen before as illustrated in the attached file. I had to power the machine off and back on again in order for it to boot up normally.

I am afraid I've messed something up. Perhaps the boot device is incorrect? The BIOS points to 'USB Key' as its first boot device.

I am worried that it will not boot properly if I am not there physically.

Any ideas?
