Transmission & Post-Processing

Hello,

I recently migrated from a Windows-based server to FN and am having trouble finding a suitable solution to my problem.

I've set up transmission and Plex in separate jails and they are working as intended on their own, although I would like to configure post-processing for completed torrents.

For years I used Filebot which was great as it did all the leg work but after some very extension research, I found that it was never really developed to work on BSD.

After reading countless websites, I discovered plugins like SickRage and the like seemed to be the way to go, although I prefer to download my content manually as I'm quite selective of what I want, so those plugins don't really do it for me.

Is there anything else out there that will do the job? I'm really enjoying FN so far as it is excellent at what it can do, but I feel it's somewhat lacking in regards to the the range of plugins that are available.

You can easily set Sonarr to monitor and manage your TV series with post-processing without utilizing it as a search tool. Install it, give a shot, nothing to lose except for a few hours. Sonarr is elegant and intuitive, you won't be disappointed.

I played around with Sonarr for a couple hours the other day and gave up after I couldn't use it to search the private tracker site I use, although I may give it another go with getting it to organize my media.

Do you know if it can be used for media other than just TV series?
