Hello Team,

This is my first post in this forum but I have been using Freenas since 1 year ago.

I have upgraded my system to a new one more powerfull here are the specs:

Old:
Gigabyte H97N + Intel G3220 3.0Ghz
8Gb Ram
2x6Tb Western Digital Red Nas ware 3.0

New:
Asrock H370M Itx + i5 8600
16GB Ram
2x6TB Western Digital Red Nas Ware 3.0

I have the same Freenas version in both nas and I uploaded the config to the new one..
All is running fine or seems to be running fine but the statistics of the disk and the Info in the front page is not working.

With the last nas build I can see everything but now in the Description and Temperture appears a N/A
How is possible I just changed the motherboard and cpu and ram but the disks are the same and the configuration is the same

The info about the Network interface (bandwith and the graphics ) is not working neither
When I started the nas for the first time in the boot appears a message that it says UNKNOWN CPU but the server starts fine. I´m not sure if this is the problem.

Freenas Version:
FreeNAS-11.2-U4.1
(Build Date: May 10, 2019 21:33)

Many thanks for the help.

Regards.

Did these sections ever populate? If not, you could report it to bugs.ixsystems.com as it is dependent upon hardware. If you decide to report it, post the issue number here.

Many thanks for help,

I fixed the issue restarting the server several times and enter via ssh and executing the command smartctl.

Now the temperature is working fine
