System has operating for a year : Froze today and will not boot up : Panic

Was browsing through plex when all of a sudden the server went down. I went to check on it and see it is unresponsive (Unfortunately, I didn't have the monitor hooked up to it to see what error I was getting when I initially checked it). Thought I'd just try rebooting it, and upon rebotting it I'm seeing a panic: AP#1 (PHY# 2) error. I'm not very familiar with the ins and outs of FreeNAS or FreeBSD. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

System:

Motherboard: ASROCK C2550D4KI
16GB Crucial DDR3/DDR3L ECC RAM
Seasonic SS-350SFE 350W
Booting from 16 GB Kingston DataTraveler
