System does not boot after Update, only from debug initramfs

first things first, HW:
ProLiant MicroServer Gen8 712317-421
Xeon CPU E31260L
16 GB ECC RAM
Boot Drive: Sandisk ExtremePro USB SSD Stick


i updated from 22.12.4.2 to 23.10.1 two days ago, everything went smooth without problems until i did the first proper reboot of the system yesterday.
The system can not boot from initrd.img-6.1.63-production+truenas but boots from initrd.img-6.1.63-debug+truenas.

This is what i get when i try to boot "normal":

I already did a memtest without errors and updated the ILO4, still the production initramfs will not boot, only the debug.
I also attached the debug logs created with the initrd.img-6.1.63-debug+truenas.

Any input what's going on here?
