Hello There, I'm New in Freenas, I've Got A Lot Of System Alert And It's All Come From The Bootable Flashdisk. And I Haven't Clone it to another Flashdisk yet... So will all of my stored data gone if i switch my Freenas boot with the new freenas boot?

Are you using encryption? Keep in mind that just because you don't have type a password to unlock your pools does not necessarily mean you didn't set up a pool with encryption before. It could happened that you set up encrypted pools, failed to backup their keys, forgot about it and lost a pool when a boot device went bad.

Yes.

Yes. Well, as long as you aren't using encryption. Why would you think you would lose all (or any) of your data?
because i think that those data only can be open by using my current boot
is that mean if i use the new boot then i can access to the data that is stored when i'm using the old boot?
and how do i know if i've encrypted?

This is exactly why FreeNAS is designed the way it is, with the boot device separate from your data. For the third time, as long as you aren't using encryption, your data will be fine with a new boot device.

I don't know what an "IP server" is, or what it has to do with FreeNAS. If you mean an IP address, once you install on a new device, configure the same IP address there. Better would be to upload a backup of your configuration file, but it doesn't sound like you've done anything to prepare for boot device failure.

@Donny, you can tell if you are using encryption if there are encryption keys in the /data/geli directory or if any if your pools have a lock icon (newest UI) with options like "Add Recovery Key" or "Add Passphrase". If not, you're all good.

While it is true that losing a boot device wont necessarily cause you to lose data that does not mean losing the boot device will not cause headaches. Please feel free to look through the User Guide for your version and you'll find information about saving your system config and then uploading that same config to a new install. Doing so will save you the hassle of having to reconfigure your system, which could be a huge time saver depending on how you configured your system.

You should find tons of information about that specific failure, Reallocated_Sector_Ct by searching these forums. In general that is an indication of a possibly failing device. At the very least the disk itself has determined that some sectors were bad for some reason and is no longer using them.

SMART tests typically indicate problems with a specific disk or with communicating with a specific disk. Therefore, the problem almost certainly lies with ada0 and that is the drive you should consider replacing. Is that a data disk or a boot disk?

Is it SSD or HDD? Gsmartctrl software suggests reallocation is common to SSD and 5 sectors is little for such case...
