Switch ftp from proftp to vsftp

I was wondering if it is possible to switch the ftp server from proftp to vsftp? I don't like the logging for proftp, there is a lot of information not being captured that I need.

You could make a feature request at bugs.freenas.org. If you do, post the issue number here.

You can also make a jail and install your favorite FTP server and assign the relevant datasets. As a bonus, you get much better security.
